The room was so spacious but more importantly the shared spaces, the gardens, plunge pools, balconies and restaurant were lovely. The breakfasts were drliscous / different every day. And the owners and staff simply delightfull. Hard to imagine there could be a better place to stay in Valladolid (walking distance to everything - main square, cenote Zack , mercado and the best tourist site the wonderful collection of Mexican folkloric art Casa de los Venados. Simply wonderful (did I mention quiet too!)

We loved everything about this different & quirky hotel. Beautiful artworks, rooms, staff, food & amenities. Great pool and cave pool is amazing. Lovely breakfast options for included breakfast & the purchased food and drinks were good quality and very reasonably priced. Enjoyed the turtles & resident cats. Staff are amazing and friendly and happy to have a laugh with you.. Excellent recommendations for private taxi/tours. Easy walk into town. Highly recommended, certainly not your boring old hotel room!

The hotel is very relaxing with a pool that is great to dip in after a hot day. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and made us a packed breakfast to take away with us on a morning where we had to set off early for a tour.

Amazing hotel in heart of Valladolid! Would really recommend! We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of advice and information on things to do in the neighborhood. 30min drive to Chichén Itzá. Breakfast was really good and rooms were very nice and comfortable! Location was perfect too.

It was beautiful and magical and it was in a great location.
Excellent hotel close to Chichen Itza. Very modern, spacious room which was super clean. We had a small outside area with a table and chairs which was great to sit out at, given there's not a great deal to do in Piste. The pool was reasonably small but very clean and well maintained.
The hotel was very clean and was easy to access. We were able to use the fridge in reception. We had coffee and cake provided from 6.30am which was perfect, and I noticed there was also a kettle if you wanted to make tea. We left our car and walked to Chichén Itzá which took about 20-30 mins, Longer coming back as we were tired.
We only spent one night so that we could be at Chichen Itza first thing in the morning, it was ideal for this and a good basic hotel for the cost. Comforts or bed and ver6 clean.
Pretty, spacious, classical hacienda-style hotel. Lovely garden/pool area. A lot of space in the bathroom. Nice breakfast. Good parking area. Super well located to get early to Chichen Itza.
The hotel is amazingly located very close to Chichen Itzá site. The staff was kinf and polite, the hotel is clean, the swimming pool very nice. Nice old hacienda with a tranquill vibe. Would definitely stay again.
The host was very kind and the room was simple but very comfortable. The garden is nice, and I enjoyed eating breakfast there. The house is very close to Chichen Itzá, so you can easily beat the crowds. Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend it! Much more personal than a hotel.
The hotel is a 15 mins (hot) walk to Chichen Itza. They have a lovely big pool to cool off after hot day of sightseeing. The hotel restaurant was fine, or you can walk into Piste for food.
