The 1 bedroom suite was gorgeous with a gigantic terrace and ocean view. The staff were wonderful and it felt very safe. The dinner at Mai restaurant was delicious! And the pool was hardly ever crowded which was a huge bonus during COVID.

I loved the beautifully landscaped and private setting of the resort, which because of how the buildings were laid out, never felt crowded. The 3 open-air restaurant venues offered different levels of pricing and food options. There is a Modified American Plan available that you can select any or all days. It's a great value if you want breakfast and dinner at Cocina del Mar. Friendly staff were everywhere, ready to offer immediate assistance to meet your needs. The concept of having a personal concierge is a good one, provided you have a clear idea upfront of how to most effectively take advantage of this service. There are also "bellhops" at the ready to drive you anywhere on the property by golf cart (or to Toro Restaurant, adjacent to the resort) whenever you don't feel like walking the distance. The Spa Casita was absolutely beautiful and tidied up several times during the day.
