Exceptionally warm welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff.
No kettle, tea or coffee in the room HOWEVER we were told that we could grab tea or coffee from the coffee machine in the breakfast room, whenever we wanted it.

The location is a bit far from the Luxembourg train station, but it is very close to the main attractions. There is a convenient bus stop right at the entrance. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
Spacious room, very tidy and clean, i arrived before the check in time and was able to do a free check in because there was a room already available. They offer free bottles of water, coffee and tea. There’s also a television. Very close to the tram, a lot of restaurants around and super close to the Luxembourg train station.
