The working staff. A 100% helpful and kind working staff. I had a clogged drain in the bathroom - they came and fixed it. They even said they'd change the room for me if needed. Good start. The breakfast was ok (the main thing for me - it was safe! As I got poisoned ordering from one cafe). Daily bottles of water - many thanks as well. I didn't have tea in my room, but it wasn't a problem. I took some bags from the breakfast myself.

Xaysomboun hotel & spa staff was very helpful and nice. Swimming pool clean and nice view around. Room very nice and clean. I like this non-smoking room in this hotel and staff 24 hour to help me. Even at night time all restaurants nearby closed but staff help me to order food online. I could say I give this hotel 4star and If I have any chance back to Vientiane again I will back to stay with this hotel.

They upgraded me to a bigger room free of charge. The bathtub is great. The water pressure is strong. The amenities provided were excellent and exactly what I needed like hairdryer and ironing materials (board and flat iron). The buffet breakfast is greay as well amd offered a lot of choices. There are a lot of restaurants nearby as well. If you walk around you will find famous cafes such as Joma and Hard Rock. Namphou Park is nearby as well. Overall, I will recommend staying here. Great value for your money.

Lovely staff.. They helped us with transport to Buddha park and the airport. We had an early flight and they made sure we had our breakfast before we left, even though it was yet to open.. Amazing rooms with facilities... Walking distance to the night market, pubs, restaurants.. 15 mins ride to the airport!
Nice staff Hue and Xay very friendly and helpful to help us everything , a lot of tours and activities are organized from the hostel. Like parasailing, motorbike/ laundry , Buddha park tours, At the hostel there is a pool, pool table, gym & restaurant. Everyday happy hour from 7 to 9. It is a big party hostel. Really enjoyed my time here!
This hotel is awesome! It exceeded my expectations! The rooms are clean, large, beautiful, and comfortable! It was a treat to have a mini bar and a few snacks since it is a bit off the beaten path. The pool is also very well maintained and a great way to cool off after sightseeing! Buddha Park is definitely worth a visit. Go early (it opens at 8), and you will likely have the park to yourself!!
