This is a bit of a beat up hotel. However you get what you pay for and the hotel provides a good bed for a nights sleep. Location right by sophistic Marina Mall and near beach. However, as said the hotel a bit beat up and needs renovation. But if your focus is to tour Kuwait and not be around hotel day and night this hotel provides value for budget focus tourist, Lot of restaurants around hotels I might add.
The location is the best in Kuwait. Walking distance to restaurants (all fast food you like and traditional food), shops (H&M, Centrepoint, Sultan 24/7 supermarket and many small shopping centers), and Malls (Al Fanar, Al Bustan, and Marina Mall). The staff is great, and the rooms are clean. Plus, as a family, I got connected rooms: two single beds with one queen bed. Major malls such as Avenues, 360, and the Gate are within a 15-minute drive.
I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make my family and my stay comfortable, and made us feel so welcome in Kuwait. The location is great, just across the road from Marina mall and the beach is walking distance too. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the owner of the hotel made our stay very memorable. The room is spacious. It has a nice view to the beach and the areas around it. The bathroom is also very large. The location of the hotel is near the marina mall which has a very nice access to a wide range of restaurants.

the hotel is between the AlSalam Mall and Marina Mall, but the entrance is at the back of the main street, visible/through the big open parking lot.

but it is worthing, easy access to bus stops, fair price, super clean
Great location , cross the road from the sea , directly connected to a mall and marks & spencer . Lots of restaurant for take away meals . Sultan center is less than 1 kilometer away . Marina mall is less than 6 minutes drive .
The location was excellent, a stone throw from the Corniche, Marina Mall, Sultan Centre and many restaurants and cafes. The daytime security guard on the ground floor always greeted us with a salam which really made a difference (unfortuneately, we didn't get his name). Staff at reception on the 3rd floor were also highly professional and accommodated our needs. Cleanliness was outstanding as was comfort of the room.
