Location was a stone’s throw from Hongik Unig station and the area was bustling with life. Accessibility to a wide range of eateries, shops and anime shops.
The hotel staff were professional and efficient. Most could speak English well and were able to assist me when I needed help with massage reservations and luggage agent service.

Patrick, the front desk manager, stored my haul of chilled hanwoo beef in their fridge overnight for my early morning flight without hesitation), quality amenities (Dyson hair dryer, Molton Brown amenities, Nespresso machine, etc) and the location, location, location! Across the road is a branch of The Foot Shop for your massage fix, and within 5 mins you have a million street food options, Lotte Department Store and its amazing Basement Food Street, Myeongdong Kyoja noodles, bbq Fried Chicken, Sul Bing and Odarijip Soy Marinated Crabs! The bedroom was huge, well equipped and unlike some Japanese hotels we were able to unpack!
The washing (we were part way through a month’s travelling) took just two hours.
This hotel is walking distance to Tokyo’s main station and the Ginza shopping and restaurant district.
The staff were very helpful and even helped us with our Bullet Train tickets to Kanazawa.
