The food is pricey.
The food is pricey. But perhaps due to Covid or general hospitality, the 2nd floor food stall do provide complimentary additional dishes (pancakes, additional soup cooked with the fish head, oysters etc). We neither asked nor bargained for it. Some services are tailored to us as we informed them our child could not eat spice, but other complimentary dishes came as pleasant surprise after we sat down. Not worth the price without these additional services. But their additional services does well to compensate. Overall nice experience.

Definitely worth going to see the massive fish market, but the food stalls upstairs are over priced. Probably better to eat outside the market along the street where they are loads of fish resturants.

Obviously, the location. It was located central between Jagalchi Market & BIFF/Gukje Market. So, to walk to these few places, not so difficult.
There was also a convenient store located just below the hotel, convenient for us to buy drinks, snacks etc.
The front desk can converse in english well, friendly as well..
The location of the hotel was convenient as it was located right across Gukje market where they offered lots of delicious traditional Korean food. A few minutes away is the Jagalchi market where you can find abundant and fresh seafood. Our family had a great sleep and rest after a tiring day as their beds were very comfortable. Most importantly, the coffee from their cafe in the lobby is so good!
Great place to stay with family. My parents, sister-in-law and 4-year-old niece stayed for 2 nights. We, especially, my niece and dad, enjoyed hot jacuzzi. Well equipped kitchen was great to prepare meal for my niece and have family dinner. Nice restaurants and jagalchi market (seafood) were around the building so it was very easy to find options for lunch and dinner. The host was very kind, accommodating, and very responsive. We arrived bit early because the traffic was lighter than usual. The host was very flexible with early check in.
Exceptionally good location. Everything you want to see, shopping streets, Jagalchi market, shopping centre, subway, bus stops are near the hotel. The staff was really helpful with all my requests and they were always smiling and greeting.

Perfect location next to BIFF square, Jagalchi market and subway station. Room was cozy and comfortable with a industrial vibe. Washing machine and laundry detergent provided, big fridge too. Easy check-in/access.
The location was amazing. Just 10 minutes away from Jagalchi market and all the food and night stalls were right behind the hotel. But the best thing about the hotel were the staff - so friendly, always smiling and helpful.
Room was a comfortable size for one person. The room was clean and relatively quiet even on Christmas Eve.
The hotel was easy to find and walkable from Busan station. I wanted to visit Jagalchi Market, Gukje Market, etc. and the location was convenient for visiting these places. It's a bit far from the subway station but there's bus stops very close by.
Location location location, easily accessed any transportation and just few minutes walked to get jagalchi market, all others famous markets as well. The morning sandwich was yammy every day, room was clean and good enough size. Hotel price was make me smile, I should go again this hotel.
