Beautifully designed hotel with a very luxurious vibe. The common areas were absolutely fabulous!
The room was great too, especially the massive gorgeous bathroom and the super comfortable bed.

The staff are helpful and the location is good. The top floor view is pretty.
Within walking distance to Hongik University Station and you can safely leave your luggage there if you arrive early or leave later after check out. Lots of places to eat around its vicinity too. Convenient 😃
1.Location is good for travel such as Myeongdong Market, N Tower, subway, etc. 2.Location is also good for travel such as Dongdaemun Gate and Hongik University Entrance. 3.The bed is soft so you can sleep well.
Had the best time at YAB Guesthouse! I met super nice people from all parts of the world throughout my stay here. The guesthouse is conveniently located right beside Hongik University station, with many convenience stores around the area! & for the gurlies, there's an Olive Young right down the street that provides tax refund. Can't recommend this place enough!
The location is very very good and convenient. Situated in the heart of the vibrant hongdae. Downstairs has a nice burger restaurant, nice park, 200m to Hongik university train station exit 6, surrounded with good food and bars. 100m to Emart 24 and 7-11 convenient stores.
Brian is a great host. He was full of advice and recommendations to visit in Seoul and happy to chat and interact with guests.
Very good location in Hongdae and close to Hongik University station which is well connected.
Social vibe, people were always socialising in the courtyard so definitely recommend for solo travellers.

Very near to exit 3 of Hongik University station - about 10min walk (mostly flat). Room is spacious enough for max 2 pax with queen size bed. It’s a shared kitchen with the other room. Every room has their own bathroom.
