The hotel is situated right in the middle of Myeongodng. We were on the third floor, yet we never heard a peep from all of the lively activity right below our room. We walked out of the hotel and were right in the activity. It was a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is also a nice roof top bar. I don't know when it is open, but we sat up there and read a bit one morning. There is also a self-service laundry facility up there which we used. I would definitely stay here again!

The bedroom was huge, well equipped and unlike some Japanese hotels we were able to unpack!
The washing (we were part way through a month’s travelling) took just two hours.

Very central location . Wonderful service staff. Would recommend
we stayed for short layover and wanted to explore the city, this hotel is city hotel that we liked to stay , close to Gyeongbokgung Palace and nice walk around.
simple but clean and has good facility.
We loved the location - there are a lot of great places to eat in (24 hour ramen place is the best) or to visit (Gyeongbokgung palace for example). Very nice guest house with a common kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal if you don’t feel like eating out, very quiet neighbours, blacked out windows when you feel like sleeping off - overall we had a great experience living there for 7 days.
The location is very convenient, just steps away from the airport bus stop, so you don't have to lug your luggage far. Food is easily available and the few places I went to nearby had English menus. Gyeongbokgung Palace is just around the corner, and if you walk a bit more you can reach Bukchon Hanok village - it's very cute old area for photos. Room is small but expected, and it's a nice change from the usual hotel rooms. There's a nice courtyard to sit in.
From the day I book the guest house our communication was very good, so when I have a question the owner Mr. Shin was always very attentive. The guest house is located just a few minutes walk from 景福宮 Gyeongbokgung Palace, and 5 minutes walk from Subway Gyeongbokgung station. The area is full of food shop and restaurants, but it is very quiet during morning and night. The owner Mr. Shin and Ms. Lee are both so kind and warm hearted. Her handmade healthy breakfast starts your day nice.
The rooms were apartment size and spacious.
The staff were helpful and spoke enough English to help us book airport taxis and general enquiries. It was very clean and housekeeping can come every day if required.
The hotel was walking distance to the shopping street in Insadong and not too far to walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Gwangjang markets. We enjoyed walking and around and finding great art exhibitions and places to eat.
The room was comfortable, especially the bed. Crisp clean linen. It was nice to see a hotel that actually did what it says about replacing towels. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location was fabulous- It's a 10 minute walk to Myeongdong, 10 minutes to Changdeokgung Palace, and 20 minutes to Gyeongbokgung Palace. Even closer to Jongmyo Shrine. Location also has you in heart of the food area around Insadong- so plenty of cuisines to choose from. It was also a short walk to Insadong Street- for shopping.
Really clean accommodation. It had everything necessary. Also the area is great, surrounded by lots of restaurants, close to Changgyeonggung Palace and Gyeongbokgung Palace.
Location is by far the best thing about this hotel: short walk to Seoul's 3 main attractions: Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village and to the metro stops. Moreover, you are in Insadong, an amazing suburb with so many good restaurants and shops. Reception was good and accommodated all our requests (travel adaptor, taxi etc).
