The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, excellent service. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the bay. The shower and tub were clean with good water temperature and pressure. The toilet was clean with a bidet seat. Short walk to the BIFF area and shops and the train station.

The hotel was so detailed. They provide you with postcards that you can send to yourself, along with notepads and a hand written note to welcome your stay. They give you breakfast in a picnic basket with delicious food every morning. All the snacks provided in the room and refrigerator is free and they refill it everyday. They give you free coffee in the morning at their coffee shop in the lobby. You can upgrade to their speciality coffee and just pay the difference. The hotel location is walkable to shopping areas/markets. The staff were so nice and attentive. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The beds were cozy and comfortable.

Very large, clean and modern room. Great staff. Hotel is super convenient to Gukje market, Biff Square, other street markets and transit options. We were also just a 40 minute walk to the Gamcheon Cultural Village (albeit an up hill walk haha)
The hotel is close to the Gukje market which is a lively area with a lot of restaurants. Busan is very spread out so you always have to travel a bit to get to places of interest. The bathtub is great
Obviously, the location. It was located central between Jagalchi Market & BIFF/Gukje Market. So, to walk to these few places, not so difficult.
There was also a convenient store located just below the hotel, convenient for us to buy drinks, snacks etc.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was located right across Gukje market where they offered lots of delicious traditional Korean food. A few minutes away is the Jagalchi market where you can find abundant and fresh seafood. Our family had a great sleep and rest after a tiring day as their beds were very comfortable. Most importantly, the coffee from their cafe in the lobby is so good!
Room was a comfortable size for one person. The room was clean and relatively quiet even on Christmas Eve.
The hotel was easy to find and walkable from Busan station. I wanted to visit Jagalchi Market, Gukje Market, etc. and the location was convenient for visiting these places. It's a bit far from the subway station but there's bus stops very close by.
Room is spacious and clean with full toiletries amenity. Bath tub with jacuzzi is great! Location is ideal, even without subway (metro), it is walking distance to many places including Lotte Department Store, Gwangbokro Fashion Street, BIFF Square, Jagalchi, Gukje Market Food Street & Bupyeong Kkangtong Market. Both Nampo (Exit 7) & Jungang (Exit 1) subway stops are within close proximity; personal preference: Nampo.
Perfect location to Nampo Fashion Street, BIFF Square and other attractions (including Jagalchi Fish Market, Gukje Market and Gamcheon Culture Village). Room is very spacious and the toilet is very clean and convenient (with bidet!). Staff is very friendly!
