Communal kitchen was good. There was a washing machine and dryer available for 5000 won, but it takes 3 1/2 hours.
Check in is not till 4pm, but there is an area with comfortable seats and tables, and you can use the kitchen.
Bed was firm, and new pillows would be good.

Good location, clean, staff are super kind and very nice room!
Greatly convenient - easy walk to main attractions such as Donggung Palace And Wolji Pond, Gyeongju Bridge, and the streets full of nice cafe and eateries.
In front of the place is the bus stop that can bus 700, 711 pass by, make it super easy to go to and from Singyeongju Station (KTX).
The guesthouse had a nice vibe, welcoming hosts and respectful housemates, and great value for money for a short stay to explore Gyeongju.
The guesthouse is within walking distance to the express bus terminal, It is also near to the daereungwon tomb, walking distance to lot of restaurants and cafe nearby. There is also a supermart nearby where you can shop for groceries. You can take bus from a bus stop nearby to Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond. The room is clean and comfortable. Floor heater and bed warmer in the room work well and hence it is warm inside the room when outside is cold.
