This was such an amazing stay! Spacious room, comfy bed, great location right bang in the middle of Myeongdong. Staff were super efficient friendly, attentive and professional. There's a self service laundry room which is available 24/7; very handy when you get back after a whole day in the Seoul heat. Myeongdong is an extremely busy area, and the hotel has 2 major fried chicken franchises right in front so the street is noisy. Yet the isolation is great! I had to open the window to realise the havoc of the neighbourhood. The night market is literally around the corner, which, as a solo traveller I really appreciated as it provided with fast and yummy Korean street food ans saved me from having to find a restaurant to sit alone :)

The hotel was designed in such detail and with such care that over the duration of the stay I kept noticing new little details everywhere. They spaced were stunning visually and very comfortable. The location is handy for visiting sites north (such as the palaces) or south (such as Seoul tower). Staff were friendly.

Don't stay here!! Upon arrival, we paid for the room in advance and also a deposit. When we checked out, we charged for the room once again. I saw the mistake, and then we only paid the incidentals. ( they removed the bill, and i had to only pay for the incidental) I was promised that they would realse the deposit. Over 2,5 weeks, we still haven't seen any deposit. I have all proof that so it is .. but they claim that I haven't paid for the incidental. I have proof ... thank God for transactions 🙏. We will see if we gonna need a lawyer... but this has been taking so much of my time and energy... such a waist ...
So ... DONT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED!! And don't wanna waist time and energy to argue for their mistake.

It is actually very long, but it was quite relaxing...
It is actually very long, but it was quite relaxing following this river pathway. You can also find directions on the wall for how far along are the next skipping stones to move from one side to another.

It was nice to be able to walk from the accommodation to Myeongdong via Daiso and Cheonggyecheon in 20 to 30 minutes.
In the evening, the main road near the accommodation was very lively with numerous food stalls selling alcohol and food, but the accommodation was very quiet as it faced a side road.
The room, bedding, and shared kitchen were all clean and nice.
The location was excellent, right next to Cheonggyecheon stream, very close to Insa dong and a walking disrance to Myeong dong. The hotel is nice and has an elevator. The breakfast was also good (eggs, bread, korean salads, potatos, rice, juices etc.), so enough to fill you up till lunch time. Free tea, coffee, and bottled water on the first floor every day. The neighbourgood was good - Olive young, Daiso, cafes in the area. Overall it was a good hotel, recommened.

Great property which met my expectations - as advertised. The room is equipped with a large bed, tv, aircon, fridge and ensuite bathroom. It's in a great location with easy to access transport links and only 10/15 minute walk from Myeondong and 10 minutes from Cheonggyecheon Stream. The common area is nice and there is a small kitchen and facilities that are kept clean by staff. Whilst there is no reception, there is an area in the common area to store luggage and my luggage remained safe.
A famous second-hand market in Seoul. An antique market. Cheonggyecheon. Gwangjang Market. A good location for sightseeing. It is not a new building, but it is clean and cozy.
The hotel is situated in between two important subway stations, and it's easy to reach Cheonggyecheon on foot. Dongdaemun and Myeongdong are just a few bus stops away.
The hotel itself has been an apartment complex, so the rooms are furnished with everything you would otherwise find at a one-room apartment. It's clean and compact, and a great value for money.
Since it was a one-day trip, I only went to Insadong, Myeongdong, and Cheonggyecheon, but the location was exquisite, so if I stayed for more than 2-3 days, I would be able to walk around almost all of the major tourist attractions and shopping malls in central Seoul, such as Insadong, Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Jongmyo Temple, Cheonggyecheon, and Gwangjang Market. Most of them seem to be within 1-2 subway stops.
It was nice to have a washing machine and microwave in the room
I'm looking for a place with elevator. But when I got there (late at night), there was stairs before I could reach the elevator. If only they told me that there was no stairs if I enter from the back of the building. I found about this the next morning.
The kitchen is on the 5th floor. Free tea and coffee. You can see the Cheonggyecheon Stream from the kitchen's window.
