The hotel was so detailed. They provide you with postcards that you can send to yourself, along with notepads and a hand written note to welcome your stay. They give you breakfast in a picnic basket with delicious food every morning. All the snacks provided in the room and refrigerator is free and they refill it everyday. They give you free coffee in the morning at their coffee shop in the lobby. You can upgrade to their speciality coffee and just pay the difference. The hotel location is walkable to shopping areas/markets. The staff were so nice and attentive. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The beds were cozy and comfortable.

Facility is closed to shops and transportation services. Super clean facility. Rooms/beds were super comfortable. Nice atmosphere. Very serene. The staff was super kind and let us do laundry. Communication via Booking message was good. They responded quickly to our questions.

We stayed in a very spacious 1 bed room apartment that overlooked part of Busan port. The bedroom was large and very comfortable, and bathroom and kitchen well equipped. It was a very comfortable stay during our 2 nights in Busan. Location was convenient , about 7 minutes walk to Busan Station and the many buses on the main road right in front of the station.

Really love the hotel even if it seems like only a 3 star hotel. The staff were also very professional and helped us book a taxi to Busan station. There is an emart below the hotel so you can easily buy snacks and water
Centrally located, close to Busan Station and International Ferry Terminal. Food options available at the hotel and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, included a washing machine and had the promised ocean view. Noise levels were okay after closing all windows, there was a hard to find switch to operate the outermost one. They have an unfinished/abandoned roof terrace which just needs a little more attention to become a very nice place.
This hotel was within walking distance of many things, Busan station included. The staff was very helpful in giving directions and getting us a taxi.
The room was clean and spacious. Great Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend.
