We liked everything about the property! The host, Marie, was so friendly & helpful … looked after us really well. The rooms were lovely & clean … at a much better standard than we’ve seen elsewhere in Cambodia! The swimming pool area and restaurant were beautifully done.

Loved the little bungalow you get, for a great price too! Very friendly owners. Helped accompany all I needed . A little bit out of the town but you can hire a Motor bike for a cheap price for the day . It was lovely and quiet and easy to relax there .

The hotel was in a fabulous location. A short walk up.the hill took you to the nation park which was great for a hike. Down the hill took you to the crab Market with delicious food.
Staff were lovely and the pool a great treat after a hike. Our rooms both had balconies which had beautiful views.
Hotel is in a wonderful setting right next to the Kep national park and only a few minutes walk from the crab market, food and beach.
The hotel has been designed beautifully to blend with the natural environment with lots of space in the rooms.
Both pool areas were lovely with great sunset views from the infinity pool.

We had an excellent stay around New Years eve, 1 minute walk from the crab market. Nice stopover for those like us travelling from Sihanoukville to Vietnamese border. The hotel was also helpful in trying to find back our lost phone.

This is a magical boutique hotel with only 10 villas. We stayed in the interconnected rooms which fitted our family perfectly. Our host Frderic was amazing at giving us a run down of all the things you can do in the area and arranging tuk tuks for us each day.
The roof top bar is exceedingly atmospheric with its thatched roof and comfy decor and the outdoor pool was a midday sanctuary. Our complementary breakfast was also delicious.
The location is also excellent being close to lots of restaurants and the crab market.
There are only 8-10 bungalows in this hotel so it feels nice. The staff is super helpful to organize private cars, tours, give you restaurant recommendations etc... The breakfast is great and served on a terrace with a sea view. Bonus: you're 5 min away (walking) from the Kep Crab Markets and all the restaurants.
Beautiful and lush garden (with monkeys), cute and reasonably clean apartments, attentive staff. Walking distance to crab market, 10min tuktuk drive to the pier (ferry to Rabbit Island) and Kep Coffee. Would come back for a night or two.

The hotel is perfectly placed for a beach holiday, directly across the road. Not much else around, a short tuk tuk ride to the Crab Market where you can find some lovely restaurants by the sea. Kep is nice to stay if you want a couple of quiet days doing nothing but the beach. Enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony of an evening watching the sun going down. The omelets are lovely at the hotel.
