Nice hotel in nice neighborhood. Supermarkets and restaurants near. Good transport links by metro/train and bus to elsewhere in Tokyo. You can borrow electricity adapter and laundry drying rack from the reception. Nice guidebook on how to use everything from air conditioning to washing machine that have just japanese text on the controls. Friendly staff. Coffee available from the reception in the morning and during the day.
