Clean and spacious rooms. The reception area is welcoming. There is a coin laundry on site. We didn't have a flight home until the evening and it was good to have access to the bags in the storage room during the day without having to go ask the staff.

The location is great, right in the heart of the Shinsaibashi area, making it convenient to access the lively food and shopping districts of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, as well as other nearby attractions. Despite being amidst the hustle and bustle, the hotel's interiors provide a peaceful and stylish respite. It's just a few minutes from the train station, and there are a few convenience stores nearby. The room is small but clean, with a comfortable bed and sheets. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained. Check-in was easy, and the receptionists were generally friendly and helpful. Additionally, there's a welcome drink and snacks corner.

Very spacious room with lovely tatami flooring. Free Yakult every morning was lovely and ice cream every night as well as free late night soba if we were feeling hungry. Would defo recommend this spot and would come back :)
