Cleanliness, magnificent helpful stuff, fast and easy check-in & check-out, location (very close to Shin-Osaka station) and optimum requirements. Beside complimentary hot and cold drinks, we used ice cube machine, laundry, ironing device. Some small restaurants, GYM and massage services were within some walks away from the hotel.
