We had the best cafe latte of our trip there! They are latte-artists.
The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, they organised dinner reservations and gave helpful advice.
The rooms are new, clean and cozy with a great view on the sea, seeing surfers riding waves.
To the city center it’s an about 10 minutes walk.
To walk to different beaches it takes between 2 and 15 minutes.

Very clean and Simple modern design. Prices are reasonable. I hardly find a Japanese style TATAMI room for single person anywhere else inJapan.
Some rooms haven’t a shower but you can use ONSEN ( hot springs). The ROTEN BURO ( outside hot springs) is cosy but beautiful. They provide japanese wears after having a hot spring. Hotel Staff provided great service.

Clean, simple rooms - lots of space. We had an extra bed but still plenty of room. Lovely bed very comfortable. Staff lovely. Great Japanese baths at top of hotel and viewing platform showing great views of the bay. Nice outdoor pool.

Views were beautiful, room comfortable, it’s great that the onsen, playroom and swimming pool of the hotel. The distance to the Shirarahama beach is walkable but can be hot in summer. There are buses every hour or so.

This is a really unique place to stay. We stayed in the traditional Japanese room, it was really nice with a lot of little details like pictures and fresh flowers. The staff was the most amazing, communicative and helpful. We even received a little gift of congratulations after we mentioned this was our honeymoon. Thank you so much!
The place is really close to a lot of restaurants, convenience stores and the Shirahama beach but it is still in a calm street and we felt at peace there.
Location is a 10-15 minute walk from Shirahama beach. There were sufficient local small restaurants to match our expectations for tonkotsu ramen to seafood.
Initially we were allocated a room with floor based futons even though we had specifically ordered a room with 2 beds. We were over trying to heave ourselves off the floor each day.
After discussing staff we were allocated a with a a room with two beds 1 floor above. So they responded well to our request.
It's great location,, right next to shirahama beach and bus service. There' are no so many taxi, so next to bus stop is great 👍.
There are also free shuttle buses, but in certain time only.
Onsen is super cool, outdoor Onsen is a one natural .we didn't eat at hotel, but it easy to find nice food just along the street. We wish we could stay longer...
The town is very quiet, many locals come during the weekends
The guesthouse was very close to the Shirahama beach. There were many restaurants in the area.
The guesthouse offered complimentary breakfast of bread / miso soup.
The guesthouse Shirahama was quiet and very comfortable because it had a Japanese home atmosphere. And the host was very kind. The location is only 5 minutes from Shirahama Beach. If I go to Shirahama again, I want to stay there again.
