The location was excellent. It was in a very nice, high end shopping area and close to the Port and Sannomiya station. The common areas were all beautiful, we love the history details they had.

We loved staying at this hotel. Rooms are quite spacious for japanese standard, clean and quiet. Hotel is walking distance from all main attractions as well as Shin Kobe station. Staff is kind and friendly which was a super plus. Loved the reading room!
Everything - very good value for money, good location (5-6 min walk from Sannomiya and less than 10 min from Shin Kobe station), very clean, friendly staff. I loved that it had a desk so I could work. The breakfast is in Matsuya, connected to the hotel and served huge breakfast, you can choose among 3-4 menus. Incredible value for money!
It is very close to the shin kobe station both the railway and the shinkansen.
The breakfast japanese style was very accommodating to us. They removed meat in the menu and made it relatively nuslim friendly
No laundromat but there is one 10 mins walk away.
Great location, just a few minutes uphill from Shin Kobe station. Also very close to the waterfalls and nature! It was definitely fun making my own breakfast “rice balls”, and having miso soup. Definitely good value for money with roomy bunk beds.
It was very close to a lot of restaurants and train station but don't get confused as it is a couple of stops from where the shin kobe station. Very handy having the laundry on the 9th floor. Automatic check-in.
Set in the port area. Great to walk around. A Starbucks is a few minutes away and opens from 7:30.
The huge balcony is just fantastic to sit and watch the ocean. I had a great lunch at the steak House. It’s teppanyaki and quite reasonable. Their is a good bar with wonderful night views. A shuttle bus runs to Sannomiya and Shin Kobe stations at the weekend.
