The location is great if you are looking for a calmer less busy part of Tokyo but still have good train connections to Shibuya and Shinjuku. The staff was really professional and friendly. I would stay here again because of the location in Shimokitazawa.

Really well located for access to Shibuya scramble and station, without being in the middle of the chaos. Surrounded by tons of nice bars, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from check-in to sending luggage ahead, to helping print documents, to check out. Room had aircon and a washer which was very convenient for long stays.
