My son and I stayed here for eight days and loved it, it is modern guesthouse in the Japanese style i.e. shoes off at the entrance, tatami mats in the guest rooms and the beds are on the floor, we loved staying here every ware in the guest house was spotless, most of the staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, My son and I intend to visit Japan again next year and will definitely stay here again

Great small Hotel near Nippori Station. Staff was really nice and even waited until after check-in time for me to arrive because of flight delays.
The rooms are small but cozy and very clean and modern.
My room also had a balcony.
Supermarket, drugstore and all the usual convenience stores in walking distance.
It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I could request different pillows at the reception as well.
