It was spacious and homey. Some days we didn't feel like getting out of bed! All the necessary amenities were in place too. It's a short drive away from the city but that wasn't an issue for us -- a rental car was needed, in any case, if you want get around Hokkaido and not just Sapporo.
All communication was done through the app. We didn't see the staff at all but that wasn't an issue for us. They were very responsive during business hours.

Great location, good access to local ski resorts. The room was plenty spacious with a large private bathroom (shower and bathtub). Was able to park underneath with direct access to the room. Convenience stores opposite the hotel. Very welcoming host.
