Our stay was wonderful, the facilities were amazing and the afternoon tea with the very delicious desserts and the evening cocktail hrs was such a nice addition. Very clean and quiet rooms, the bed so comfy. Toiletries all provided , even the pyjamas changed every day.
The staff were very friendly and helped with all our needs.
Would highly recommend it.

Everything was very good, the reception went out there way to contact our next hotel in Gora to establish a pick up transfer from station which we were struggling to do, she even printed a map. 1st rate service, great hotel, well done.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s in a great location to either walk or hire a bike at the hotel to go for a sunset ride to sight see. It’s also easy enough to get to Kyoto Station. All the staff are so nice and accommodating they really go above and beyond to help you with any questions or concerns. I also went to the spa and it was fantastic.
