The room was comfortable and well layed out, comfortable bed and a great bathroom. Coffee machines in the lounge and laundry area were good to have available. It met our needs and exceeded our expectations.

Great helpful staff and cool looking hotel but the room was not that great. The walls were all scratched, bed was not comfortable, no tv, no fridge. And what I really did not like was the tree in the room. You’re not supposed to sleep with plants, let alone a whole tree in the same room, it’s unhealthy. For the price I would expect something nicer, more looked after.

Cleanliness, magnificent helpful stuff, fast and easy check-in & check-out, location (very close to Shin-Osaka station) and optimum requirements. Beside complimentary hot and cold drinks, we used ice cube machine, laundry, ironing device. Some small restaurants, GYM and massage services were within some walks away from the hotel. If you wish to rent a bike and explore the city, you can find a bike rental in Shin-Osaka station (Have in mind, just regular bikes, no gear or electric bikes).
Next to Shin-Osaka station, just a 2 min walk. Hotel is clean and has a SPA section. Room was spacious with the bed being on tall legs so you can fit your luggage under there.
1 min walk to bus stop which you could transport to the Osaka station. 3 convenience stores, include 7-11, lawson and family mart, are located around the hotel. 5 mins walk to Nakanoshim. This would be the hotel I would revisit if I'm traving back to Osaka.
It was a lovely stay! We stayed for 4 nights as we were travelling around Osaka and other locations in Kansai and it was a lovely base to stay in. Very convenient for the trains and Shin-Osaka station and very polite staff available 24 hours a day. I speak Japanese but it was very helpful for my English only speaking wife to have staff to translate. It is a more 'business' like hotel but I still found it very welcoming and comfortable. Would recommend!
Very convenient location for Shin Osaka station. Lots of English (and other languages) used for how to work things in the apartment. Washing machine and an in bathroom drying room. Pillows were not the bean bag style that many hotels in Japan favor. Great layout, if travelling on a budget would allow for cooking of own meals.
Location is fantastic, situated right next to Osaka Station and many restaurants, shops and other modes of transport. The room was clean and amenities provided. Staff were helpful and assisted us in sending our luggage on to our next hotel (highly recommend if travelling in Japan). Also, it was super easy to get to the hotel from the airport as it is one of the stops of the airport bus.
Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Osaka station, but of course there are few different ways to go there by subway or train. About 5 minutes away there is a street full of shops and restaurant. The room was a bit bigger than normally in APA hotel. Good breakfast in form of the buffet mostly with Japanese food. For me it was good choice.
The hotel is very near to Shin-Osaka station and easy to find if you take the right exit. If you are used to travel with Japanese business hotels, you know what you get. The room has what you need: a ned, a very small table, a TV, a refrigerator, your own bathroom.
I stayed in this hotel last year as it was a great location. Just 10 mins walk to Osaka Station. I had a different room this time (smaller) as the one I had last time were all sold out. The room was a lot smaller, especially if you have a large luggage.
Front desk were very helpful and welcoming. They helped me send some of my items of clothing to another location, which was great, as I was travelling to multiple locations within Japan.
Overall a great and clean hotel! You can’t go wrong staying at this hotel.
