The hotel is pretty new. Interior is cosy and modern. Room is big enough for business travelling. Front staff is friendly and helpful (speaks English) . There is a convenient store at the basement of the building. I had the sea view room which overlook the seaside bay. The hotel is good for people attending exhibitions at Big Sight. There is a direct airport limousine bus to Haneda Airport in front of the hotel on street level. ( As the airport limousine bus shares the same bus stop as public buses, be sure to board the right bus)

The hotel was very well appointed both in the rooms and the public areas. The 7-11 convenience store accessible from the hotel lobby was very useful for purchasing drinks and snacks. The location was very convenient for the North entrance to Omori Railway Station.
Location is easy to find, just 7 minutes walking from Oimachi Station, which is a JR station and just next to Shinagawa and Hamamatsucho Station. Lots of shops along the way. It is clean and has complete amenities. Actual room is as per photos on the advertisement. There is lift in the building make it easy to carry our luggages.
