The apartment-building is directly next to the Odawara Castle Grounds and looks very new; it is about 7 minutes on foot from Odawara station. There are restaurants and conbinis in the area. The apartment ist very spacious (we were three adults). I especially liked the bathroom: You can have the bathtub fill up automatically, and there is a function to heat up and ventilate the bathroom to dry clothes over night. This is very usefull if you have clothes you either cannot dry in the washing-/dryer-combo that is available, or if you get drenched in the rain as we did. Staff was very friendly and did not mind us storing our suitcases for a couple of hours after our check-out while we went to visit the castle.

We arrived at night took the lift to our floor only to be greeted with a big group of about 20 smokers all shouting and laughing inside smoking room right outside our room.
Not for family with kids. Mirror in room facing bed is suspicious when i did the finger test. We used towel to cover the mirror.

The location was great, very short walk to station and lots of food options, plus the odawara castle. The staff were friendly and helped us in english, plus were happy to look after our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could explore.
The beds were very comfortable. A coin laundry on site was super handy. We were very happy with our stay.

Big and convenient rooms. The private onsen was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Hakone ropeway. Free shuttle from Odawara station three times per day.
The hotel is right next to a busstop so it was very easy to get to from odawara station. The staff are really friendly and can converse in english. The private onsen was wonderful and very fresh. The rooms are really large and comfortable too.

The location is amazing. Surrounded by nature. We stayed in the room with the private onsen which looked bigger on the photo but still the size was perfect for two people to sit and relax. The food was good and also had the option of a western breakfast if having fish for breakfast is not your cup of tea. The villa is spacious and quiet. There is a bus connecting the hotel to the open air museum within just 10mins. Also a taxi to the Odawara station costed approximately 7.500 yen
We were so well treated! Communication with the hotel was great (they told us which bus to get from Odawara station) and where to get off.
Check in was very smooth and the room was brilliant. lots of space, comfortable beds, private onsen was wonderful!! The dinner in the bedroom was exceptional (8 courses!) and the breakfast too. The lady who was looking after us was so friendly and helpful. highly recommend the hotel for a wonderful experience.
Very nice Onsen in Hakone. We choose the capsule option, which was comfortable, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. The Onsen itself has an indoor and outdoor part, the latter is really nice to sit in the hot water and relax. The Hakone open air museum is 30 minutes walk and worth a visit. In the town you find some shops and of course a 7-11. The bus runs frequently to Odawara station, where the Shinkhasen Tokyo – Kyoto/Osaka runs.
The onsen was incredible but there are no towels so remember to bring one from your room. The bus station is right outside the hotel! Easy to take the bus from Odawara station(bullet train and Japan rail) and also down to the lake to access the pirate ship and ropeways.
I loved the dinner and breakfast menus. Each time it was different, and I loved each set.
It was a bit hard to get to, but at the same time that's also made it great as you can easily relax, away from touristy spots. The bus stop is almost in front of the hotel, so it's not bad, but it will take about an hour to get from Odawara Station to the hotel by bus.
It's close to Lake Ashi (one bus ride away), so if you need to go sightseeing (Hakone Cruise), it's not to far.
