The bus stop for bus to Norikura snow wall is just outside, you can get tickets from concierge. Near to all the walking trails. Buffet style meals were suitable for our family. Nice indoor and outdoor onsen.

This hostel is probably the nicest I have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, clean and the location is amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and create a really nice atmosphere. They have thought about all of the little details, which for the price of the rooms is very impressive. The onsen is like something you would get in a 5 star hotel, it’s incredible that it can be used at no extra charge. The forest surrounding the hostel is very magical, with lots of wildlife and beautiful views.

Nestled in the tranquil Hida Mountains, Miyama Ouan Kyoritsu Resort offers traditional accommodation featuring hot spring baths and nature views.

Super friendly staff, excellent onsen! We also had a private bath tub with our room which was just lovely. We also enjoyed the free ramen, beer and sake :) would definitely come back again

Meals are excellent.　Hot spring is also good.　Location is nice. In winter, the snow covered field for walking is pleasant, with beautiful surrounding 3000 m-high mountains.
