The rooms were so thoughtfully curated with all the things and space you need as a family.
I loved that the windows opened to get fresh air. We were lucky to get a room facing the park and cherry blossoms. Was just a relaxing room to hang out in at the end of a 3 week trip to Japan.
The staff were delightful and very helpful. Little touches like some lollies in the room for the kids on arrival, map of the area and instructions to get shuttle buses to Disney and airports, and even a late checkout - we highly recommend.

We Are a family of 4(2 adults,2 young children).well worth of money, clean. tidy. convenient to lawsons,supermaket,pharmacy. Room is big enough for all of us as We just need it for sleep. the staff were particularly helpful because I've forgotten My mobile in the taxi on the night We had arrived. one of the staff helped me retrieve it. On the checkout day,my husband was sick, they were happy for us to stay longer till 2pm to check out instead of 10am because the cleaners finish at 3pm. really appreciate their help
