The rooms were so thoughtfully curated with all the things and space you need as a family.
I loved that the windows opened to get fresh air. We were lucky to get a room facing the park and cherry blossoms. Was just a relaxing room to hang out in at the end of a 3 week trip to Japan.
The staff were delightful and very helpful. Little touches like some lollies in the room for the kids on arrival, map of the area and instructions to get shuttle buses to Disney and airports, and even a late checkout - we highly recommend.

The hotel is located just next to the railway so very easy to travel around.nothing to say about staff they were very helpful and smiling all the time.the breakfast wasn't the best because they don't have a buffet so very limited choices.

Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Great location. Disney shuttle bus is a bonus. Room was very clean, it was compact but perfect for us as we were out all day, every day.
