A grand hotel which has maintained its reputation well. Service was excellent as would be expected, beautiful lobby and hotel bar (leather coaches, oak counter and a fireplace) with excellent cocktails.
Rooms were lovely, good size, nice view over the city and came with amenities that were well considered such as adaptors in the room. Bed was very comfortable! I also appreciated 4 towels for 2 people and an actual soap bar. Complimentary transfers to Osaka Station is also a nice touch. The hotel is by the river and has a lovely walking route up to Osaka Castle. It is not however in the thick of "late night Osaka" neighbourhoods so something to consider depending on your preference. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff at Noum were incredibly hospitable & so friendly! On a particularly rainy day, they passed out umbrellas and helped other guests make travel arrangements. The view from my room was lovely as well (& I'm sure it would have been even more amazing if the cherry blossoms were in bloom)
