The house has everything you need - there’s a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, and an air purifier, humidifier, air conditioning and dimmable lights in every room. Each room has its own toilet and shower. Showers were awesome water pressure is amazing and the hot water in winter just hits the spot.

10min's walk to Susukino, and on the quieter side. It was next to a very beautiful Nakajima Park and the kids could spend the entire afternoon running about.
Nakajima Park is a very nice place to stay, especially if the hotel has the best park view.
Breakfast is the most amazing thing you can get at the hotel, it will make the stay a lot better.
The host is really kind and makes you feel at home. The hostel is in a quiet area, very close to Nakajima Park, and at walkable distance from beautiful places like Mount Moiwa. You can sometimes smell the scent of freshly brewed coffee, which is a really nice feeling if you like the smell, and I don't think it would be too intense in case you don't like it.
We love Nakajima park so the location was great for us. Since it was winter time, the location is directly across where you can rent cross country skiing for free! Also the staff was very helpful and kind. We really liked the Japanese breakfast and the super helpful and kind breakfast staff.
totally satisfied with this hotel: dedicated man-to-man service, clean and spacious room conditions. And it was totall affordable. Amenities were overall of high quality and abundance despite self-service providence. Neiborhood attractive spot Nakajima park is a good place for exercising in the morning and enjoying winter vibes of Hokkaido :)
Spacious room and a lot of facilities provided that make it worth the money paid.
Location : Nearby nakajima park, nearest train station is around 500 meter. Sapporo in general is not very big city so you can walk to odori park and Susukino from hotel. Convenience mart is around 100-200 meter.
Facility : Superb facility provided inside the room (Washing machine with dryer function, microwave, small fridge, dry kitchen).
Comfortability : Room is very spacious for 2 person and bed is also very comfortable and
Hotel is located next to the beautiful Nakajima Park and within 15mins walk to Nishi fish market and other attractions. To our pleasant surprise, there were two breakfast options - usual buffet breakfast or Jap breakfast on the 10th floor that offers a splendid view. Staff spoke English reasonably well and was helpful to our request to change to a non-smoking room (our oversight for not indicating that in our booking).
The view from my room was awesome, I could enjoy the city skyline. Very good location, 2 min walk to Nakajima Park Station and 25 min walk to Sapporo Station and Odori Park.
The hotel could be updated a little bit but other than that the value for money is excellent.
Staff was perfect as expected in a country such as Japan.
The location of this hostel is fantastic - close to Nakajima Park and between subway stations. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Hostel was very clean.
