The house has everything you need - there’s a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, and an air purifier, humidifier, air conditioning and dimmable lights in every room. Staff are quite fluent in English. Is professional and attentive. The staff will personally help to bring your luggage and shows you to your room (a first for me). The hotel is beside Nakajima park which is a nice place to take a stroll after the excellent breakfast buffet. The various willow tree/maple trees in the park provide good shade and the ducks around the pond make it lively. Metro station is also beside for a quick journey to the city.
Great location between Susukino and Nakajima park, which I personally like to go for walking and relaxation. The nearest streetcar station is just about 100 metre away. There are 3 nearby convenience stores : Seico Mart, Family Mart and Lawson and also many eateries, including Ganzo ramen street and a bunch of jingisukan (lamb)restaurants. There are many love hotels and Soaplands located not far from hostel, made the area a bit seedy at night, but nothing to worry about safety.
10min's walk to Susukino, and on the quieter side. It was next to a very beautiful Nakajima Park and the kids could spend the entire afternoon running about.
Nakajima Park is a very nice place to stay, especially if the hotel has the best park view.
Breakfast is the most amazing thing you can get at the hotel, it will make the stay a lot better.
The host is really kind and makes you feel at home. The hostel is in a quiet area, very close to Nakajima Park, and at walkable distance from beautiful places like Mount Moiwa. You can sometimes smell the scent of freshly brewed coffee, which is a really nice feeling if you like the smell, and I don't think it would be too intense in case you don't like it.
We love Nakajima park so the location was great for us. Since it was winter time, the location is directly across where you can rent cross country skiing for free! Also the staff was very helpful and kind. We really liked the Japanese breakfast and the super helpful and kind breakfast staff.
totally satisfied with this hotel: dedicated man-to-man service, clean and spacious room conditions. And it was totall affordable. Amenities were overall of high quality and abundance despite self-service providence. Neiborhood attractive spot Nakajima park is a good place for exercising in the morning and enjoying winter vibes of Hokkaido :)

Location : Nearby nakajima park, nearest train station is around 500 meter. Sapporo in general is not very big city so you can walk to odori park and Susukino from hotel. Convenience mart is around 100-200 meter.
Facility : Superb facility provided inside the room (Washing machine with dryer function, microwave, small fridge, dry kitchen).
