This property was surrounded by breathtaking nature and the sounds of the rushing river below. It was so peaceful, the air and water were very refreshing and clean. The traditional Japanese style room and breakfast was a great experience but above all, the hosts were the best.
They were super friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We travelled with a baby and they helped us in many ways that I am so grateful for! We also loved their very friendly cats.
The only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

The facilities in the house are good and the owner agreed the extention of one hour in the house that was free of charge. I shall share my wonderful experiences with my friends and most probably will visit here again.

had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this lovely house. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, making it perfect for larger groups or families. The host, Ken, truly goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a wonderful stay. He has poured his heart into renovating the entire house, and it shows in every detail. Ken provides exceptional service, offering great recommendations for nearby attractions such as spas and other itineraries to explore. Additionally, if the weather permits, guests can rent bikes from him to tour the area, adding an extra layer of convenience and adventure.
One highlight of the stay is the nearby onsen, just a 15-minute walk away. It's a truly beautiful onsen, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a relaxing soak for half a day. Ken also prepares a delicious breakfast, adding to the overall experience and making guests feel truly pampered.
Overall, I highly recommend staying at this house. The combination of Ken's hospitality, the stunning surroundings, and the comfortable accommodations make for an unforgettable experience.
