It was a traditional Japanese experience. We were received with a warm and kindness treatment. I felt like part of the family, they care about we need, and support all the time. If you want a Japanese breakfast, this is the place, but advise them the day before, it worth it.
P.S. you have to know that is not a conventional hotel, it is a Ryokan.

Staffs are very courteous and always smile and greet you. The best i have seen so far from all the hotels at 2 or 3 stars that i have stayed in Japan, through the years i visited ** 5 times~
Though its only a 2 or 3 stars hotel with old amenities, everything works well and clean.
Bed is comfortable too.

Location was fine close enough to walk to the train station, and they provided a bus to the larger station further away when we checked out.
Breakfast was good, provided each morning which was convenient.
Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
