I've been here two times now and it is probably the best value for money you will get in Tokyo. Location is great, staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and for their price more than adequate. Next time I'm in Tokyo I'll stay here again.
In a prime location in the Arakawa district of Tokyo, Almont Hotel Nippori is situated 600 metres from Kyoouji Temple, 700 metres from The Site of Koda Rohan House and 700 metres from Asakura Museum...

It was quite spacious compared to some other rooms we stayed in, so really enjoyed the extra room. Very comfortable stay.

The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The washing machine with dryer was a great convenience.

Great hotel in a fab location. We liked that the room was slightly bigger than the Tokyo standard, and that the toilet was separate to the shower.
Conveniently located in the Taito district of Tokyo, Hotel SAILS is located 500 metres from Jokanji Temple, 1.1 km from Asakusa Fujiasama Shrine and 1.3 km from Sunpearl Arakawa.

The size of the room is comfortable for four and the washing machine and drying facilities in the bathroom make it really convenient to wash clothes. The sink and dining area is spacious so we buy back some fruits to eat after dinner. Walking at night seems quite safe as this is mostly residence so not so much nightlife here.
