Such a beautiful hotel and an incredible location, right outside the heart of Shimokitazawa and a short walk from everything you need. Staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful with our large group not being proficient in Japanese. Would easily recommend to anyone travelling to Tokyo as both a great base to do day trips from and a gorgeous neighbourhood to spend countless hours exploring through. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were great, loved every second of our stay!

Contactless check in was seamless and the owners felt easy to get a hold of if needed. They were very responsive and helpful to questions in the lead up to our stay and shared clear instructions for finding the property.

I usually don't sleep well at hotels, but I did in this one! The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, no strange smells, and no distractions. The location couldn't have been better. Everything wasn't overly fancy nor too cheap, it was just right. Same with breakfast. Great value.

We liked everything about this house. It was extremely handy having access to a washing machine for a family of 4 in hot weather, and being a house and not an apartment made it very private. We loved the rooftop terrace as well.
