Location of the hotel is just a 3min walk from Beppu Station. Room was clean and staff was well versed in English. Explanation was clear and simple. The hotel does not use key cards for the rooms. Instead they give a unique 6-digit passcode (on a filmsy paper) for every room. i find it cumbersome to keep the filmsy paper with me. so i took a photo of it in my phone. Having to refer to the phone to open my room door every single time is super time consuming.
Breakfast situation was hectic. the eating area is small messy when crowded.
other than that, the stay was good.

The hotel was clean and I think has been recently updated. The room was a good size and lots of amenities were available.

Great location about 5 min walk from Beppu Station. There are lots of restaurants and shopping options near by. Modern, clean hotel, spacious room, nice public bath. There's a great restaurant just across the lane from the hotel. Choice of American or Japanese breakfast, free drinks in the evenings at the bar.
Very good location, almost right outside the Beppu Station. Clean and nice room. Hotel offer free drinks, desert and ramen. Onsen is available for almost the whole day which really good for us as we always come back late in the night.

Location is a bit far from Beppu Station next to the Bus Terminal. We can’t see the English sign of the hotel. Walking continuously to the beach.
The location was great. it is near Jr Beppu station. Can was to the beach. Have onsens around the hotel. The staff was really great he made everything easier.
Location is extremely good (opposite the JR Beppu station) so it was easy to travel to sight see from buses and travel to the next city via train. Room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try out the onsen at the hotel. The hotel was also close to many restaurants which made it easy for us to decide where to eat for dinner after a long day trip or two.
