Everywhere in the hotel was picturesque as well. There’s a private onsen in each room so you don’t have to worry if you have tattoos like me. It’s located at a rather secluded area of Beppu. Hence a good place to relax and enjoy the view from your balcony

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Refreshing drinks was offered at lobby with free coffee, which is very heart warming. Though the room is small, the layout is quite good. The luggage rack helps alot.

The in-room onsen was great. The dinners and breakfasts were amazing. We stayed for 2 nights, and they changed the menu every day. The hotel is also near Beppu station and right next to Don Quijote and a bus stop, so it’s convenient to get around Beppu and shop for souvenirs
A very good place to stay in Beppu, close to the hells. Easy acces by bus from Beppu Station. Employees are very welcoming, kind and professionnal. If you want to try a real immersion in à traditional ryokan, this hotel is perfect. I truly recommande to try the traditional diner and breakfast ... delicious ! The private bath are also a great plus !
Easiest walk from Beppu Station and central to everything. Kind and helpful host who carefully explained the workings of the shower. You won't find better value. If you're after flash and modern, this isn't for you but it's comfortable and you will be looked after. Great for travellers on a budget that don't want hostel dormitories.

Excellent location just outside Beppu station. Very friendly staff. Welcome drinks, buffet breakfast and in-house onsen. What more can you ask?? Definitely the best hotel on our trip in Japan.
A good hotel just a 2-minute walk from Beppu station. Awesome staff, clean room with basic facilities and great view of the hill at 10th floor. Clean bathroom and toilet. Walking distance to main street, station, bus stop, and many onsens. Highly recommended. Delicious Japanese style breakfast was included. Beppu is a great city
Great location about 5 min walk from Beppu Station. There are lots of restaurants and shopping options near by. Modern, clean hotel, spacious room, nice public bath. There's a great restaurant just across the lane from the hotel. Choice of American or Japanese breakfast, free drinks in the evenings at the bar.
Breakfast is good with both Western n Japanese choices.
Location is a bit far from Beppu Station next to the Bus Terminal. We can’t see the English sign of the hotel. Walking continuously to the beach.
