Very comfortable room. I didn’t upgrade to the room with a bath tub but the shower was great after a long day at USJ. So convenient getting to USJ as well, took less than 10mins. Very efficient check in and check out process

The location was incredible. Everything was in decent walking distance that we wanted to get to. Especially shopping. Lots of little eateries to choose from.
Elevator from the station goes straight to your hotel floor. Staff were helpful and kind as most Japanese are. Comfortable beds. Luggage forwarding service.

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Communicating in English was not an issue for them.
Unfortunately, we encountered Typhoon Shanshan during the period and hotel staff took the extra mile to remind us of luggage delay should we transport our luggage.
