Very clean and comfortable hotel well positioned near the Castle snd Imperial Palace. The free coffee/tea and snacks were an unexpected treat. Finally the staff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to return a personal item we left behind. Bravo!

The hotel was exceptionally easy to access via train as the local train station is directly below. The rooms were large, comfortable, clean and modern. There are several boutique shops surrounding the hotel that were convenient for late night or last minute shopping.

Really welcoming, helpfull and friendly staff. Excellent service. Even though it is not the newest of hotels, it is very good maintained and clean, fresh room. Lovely view over the river and towards the old town and mountains beyond. Placed in a nice area and a good starting point for walking explorers.
