Great location, close to Shinjuku station and therefore easy to get everywhere. Hotel was very comfortable & clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage service easily accessible. Laundry room with many machines. Security on hotel door so felt very safe.

Perfect location for travellers, the hotel itself is great, staff is very kind and helpful. You'll find a perfect comfort here, of course the rooms are smaller than expected but it's all in Japan I think. There are multiple washing machines, free ice machine, microwaves and even they have their own 7-Eleven which is open 24/7. Shinjuku Station is 1 stop away, the metro is 3 minute walk from the hotel. HEARTH Restaurant in the hotel is amazing!
