Location is great and very quiet for being so close to Harajuku, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Very clean and calm neighbourhood, but not too quiet as there are a lot of stadiums nearby. Can see baseball games from the hotel lobby, which was a very fun experience.
Clean hotel, nice staff and great facilities. Coin laundry and vending machines within the hotel, including a combini on the ground floor.

Now I've stayed in a few classy hotels in my life, but this hotel blew them all out of the water... It was amazing! The view of Tokyo from my bedroom was exceptional, and the staff was so on point and accommodating, the service was excellent. There is a chill out lounge available for you to get your own snacks and tea for free, and relax with a view of the city. There are a few restaurants there too, I went to the wagyu one and was served a fine dining course experience with a personal chef for a very low cost, I was impressed. This hotel is one of those where while it is pricey, it is also something where you get what you pay for - I will be here again soon.

The hotel is a little distant from central Tokyo however the facility is beautiful. The hotel is modern and the grounds are exceptional. We spent hours wandering around the gardens, the misting and the light show at night were extraordinary
