The host and his family were perfect. We understood each other with a few useful sentences :). The rooms are cozy and had a really good A/C. However, you really need to think about its location. It is really far and you cant really walk to the city centre from this location, but metro is 10 minutes walk, the bus is also 3 minutes walk. There is also a kitchen where you can eat whatever available thanks to the host.
