Location- very close to Chitose Station, less than 5 mins walk, with escalators and elevators. Fully connected with shelter to the station. Convenient for a short stayover.
Responsiveness of staff - we requested for an early check in, they allowed us to check in at 12 noon instead of 2 pm at a fee of 2000 JPY, paid at the counter. They are able to take both card and cash payment.
Breakfast - breakfast came with the hotel booking, the spread was good and you can get a coffee/ tea to go after your meal at no cost.
Surroundings - very close to AEON mall (diagonally across the hotel, less than 3 mins walk unsheltered) that had a large department mall (clothes, fresh food, souvenirs, some restaurants) frequented by locals.
A 7-minute walk from Chitose Train Station, ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose offers air-conditioned rooms with free internet and a private bathroom. The hotel features several restaurants and a karaoke room.

Very friendly staff, room is clean and tidy, with all the essential items. The pillows are very comfortable. Very close to the airport which is convenient, there is a mall next to it, many restaurants nearby. The breakfast is very nice.

Great Hotel. We liked the location near New Chitose Airport. The staff were courteous and also offered us an upgrade as we were staying for 2 nights in two separate itineraries. The hotel offered free parking & is close to many shops in the neighborhood. We liked our stay at the hotel.

It is very near to the chitose station, 2 stops away from the airport. Just opposite the hotel, it has an AOEN Mall which has everything you need. They serves authentic Japanese breakfast.
Big room for Japan standard. There is a public bath at top floor, coin laundry, coffee at lounge in the morning and daily housekeeping. It is 5 min walk from Chitose Station and free shuttle bus in the morning to go to airport (need reservation).
Price, location and staff always smiling and friendly. Room is clean, good WiFi, has refrigerator, safebox, hairdryer, everything you need for your stay, even a pyjama. Location is next to 7-11 so you can buy anything. Walking distance to Chitose Station is about 15 mins where you can get a train to the airport.

Location is near to the JR Chitose station very convenient for the transportation. and breakfast is delicious l like it. The hotel staff is very friendly and hotel also provided transport to airport on last day we stayed.

I arrived very late, so it was very dark outside (i don't like the dark and I am alone) -
Thank you for the many signs indicating how to get to JR Inn Chitose within the JR Chitose station (which exits, which side to turn...I just follow the signs). Also the location of the JR Inn Chitose is excellent (so close to the JR Inn Chitose - I could walk with my heavy suitcase to the hotel. VERY safe.
Clean hotel located 10 minutes walk from the JR Chitose station and chuo bus drop off. Wide selection of Japanese goodies to choose from at check in such as toothbrush, toothpaste, teas, coffee etc. Good shower pressure.
Free airport drop off is the main advantage of the hotel, you book a certain time slot when you check in. Shuttle takes about 20 minutes.
