The rooms are really well equipped, beds are comfy, and the view is second to none. The amnieties are great. Most of the staff are helpful and polite. We did not make any use of the lounge so can't comment on that, but the premier grand is worth it regardless.

The location- across the road from the baseball stadium.
The staff were very welcoming and suggested a short sightseeing itinerary. we had been given a room on the 14th floor which looked right into the stadium.
The room was very well appointed and comfortable.

We were blown away by the views! I highly recommend booking the Garden View rooms here. We spent over an hour spotting all the famous landmarks in Tokyo, and with the help of our camera's zoom lens, we managed to see them clearly. Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Dome, Tokyo Station, Tokyo Tower, the entire Shibuya and Shinjuku areas, and more – you can even see the Landmark Tower in Yokohama from the room! Everything else, from cleanliness to service and breakfast, was top-notch. It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it.
