Simply fantastic, we had a wonderful time here. Room was clean and large, and breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese cuisine. Location was great, barely a 5 minute walk from Beppu station. Amenities are very guest-friendly, and you can even check the availability of the private onsen baths with their television. A comfortable and modernized stay.

The staffs are very friendly. The variety for breakfast is not much but enough (and most of them are organic!) The window shade works perfectly, it cuts off almost all of the sunlight. The room is spacing. Location is very convenient. The ocean side room has the view of Beppu Tower! Neat night view in the room. The facilities are pretty new and in good condition.
An amazing experience!!! Beautiful little traditional room, incredible breakfasts, tea (both hot and cold) and coffee provided at all times in a common area. Complimentary yukata and onsen toiletries. Amazing location close to Beppu Kitahama Station, Beppu Tower, the famous old onsen (Takamagewara or sth like that) and even Mega Donki 😉 They even have an info sheet for guests on their website recommending things to do and places to eat in. 100% would stay again!
At walkable distance to the train station, close to Beppu tower. The staff was really friendly and explained everything in English. A large kitchen area and common room. The Japanese style room was spacious and the tatami mats seemed to be really new. A large fridge and hot water kettle in the room. Shower and toilet (with toilet brush, which is rather rare in Japanese hotels) were in separated rooms.
Good location. Check in was swift. Breakfast range pretty good. Staff were courteous- front desk and at Bfast dining. Onsen was welcoming after the long drive from Hataka. Good stopover hotel. Just 1 min walk from Beppu Tower too.
The staff are always ready to help and friendly. From the room, we are also able to see the beppu tower ( which the night is beautiful) and also able to see Mt Tsurumi.
Breakfast nice and the location is somewhat close to beppu tower and there are some shopping mall, restaurants and train station around within walking distance. Hot spring or public baths are good. The room is big for two persons to move around.
