The shower was big and was separate from the toilet. The room was spacious and we were able to put our luggages despite a baby cot.
At first we thought the AC wasnt powerful enough (lowest was 20) but after turning on for 2-3 hrs, the room got much cooler. At night, it was actually quite cool, so we had to turn it back to 23.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. First, the kids werent included ( we had to pay 1100 yen each to cover their meal). Mainly, the problem was that it lacks varieties.
Car park was not bad - 1500 yen if u are able to enter around 6pm

The hotel was clean, modern and very quiet. Breakfast was very good. There was a choice as to whether you wanted a full room clean, no cleaning at all or just change of towels and the bins emptied. The staff were very helpful and attentive.
