Even though this is a no frills, no fuss no muss hotel, my room was very clean and comfortable and I cant fault it. Staff were helpful and even held my luggage as I got the the hotel well before check in. Close to transport, nightlife and shops. Would 100% recommend this hotel for solo traveler's on a budget.

Staff make up room upon request. Able to extend stay for late check out - only 1000 Y per hour. Super quick check in process. All info including check out time display on TV with notification of check out time.

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Communicating in English was not an issue for them. Unfortunately, we encountered Typhoon Shanshan during the period and hotel staff took the extra mile to remind us of luggage delay should we transport our luggage. Room service was fast and efficient.
