The location is perfect, with easy access to both JR and metro stations, making travel around the city a breeze. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a good command of English, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless and offered a stunning view.

Hotel staff were exceptional, nothing was ever any trouble. They even allowed us to check in early with no extra cost.
The rooms were very clean and a great size. And no noise from other rooms and very little from outside.
And we loved the lounge, for a quick coffee before heading out, an ice cream or donut on return and a pre-dinner drink. It’s a lovely idea, you get to chat with other guests and share tips. And it’s all complimentary.
I recommend this hotel and it would be my choice again when I’m next in Tokyo.
