Best hotel in Anacapri. Precipitous views, if you stay Cliffside. Wifi and cell connection is not so great. but nice opportunity to tune out of devices and live the life of Axel Munthe. Great breakfast. Extremely romantic hotel. Wonderful staff. Fine owners. Very attentive. Love this place!

hands down and hats off to the wonder that this team in Jumeirah capri palace, I have lived in UAE for 7 years and been to many Jumeirah's around the world but trust me when i say that the personal heartwarming hospitality of the team in Jumeirah capri elevate the world of hospitality and you have to forget all hotels and all establishments as i have been to Milan, lake Como, Rome, Sorrento and Positano but from now on i will have only one destination which is not capri but Jumeirah capri palace and that's it. its worth every dollar and i am a hard critic but from Fabio the hotel manager to Vincenzo hotel front manager to Gabriella and Karim in reservations and Lorenzo and Roberto in concierge to Fredrico in the pool to Fabrisio the driver. This goes to Jumeirah hospitality .. all the above amazing people have to be rewarded and promoted for representing the Jumeirah brand specially in the world of hospitality you will never find another Fabio, Vincenzo, Gabriella, Karim, Lorenzo, Roberto, Fredrico, Fabrisio. retain them as they give the hospitality industry its definition back

Breakfast was lovely and we had a room overlooking the Lemon orchard (with balcony) which was so absolutely lush! I only wish we'd had more nights there (just the one)... would highly recommend!

Stunning hotel in good location to explore Capri/Anacapri. The free hotel shuttle service was brilliant - they were happy to take us to Capri, marina etc with minimal notice via a comfortable Mercedes car. The staff were lovely and always happy to help. The breakfast was very good.

Lovely old hotel which is really well looked after, beautiful furniture and art, very comfortable, amazing views and a stone's throw from Anacapri and Villa San Michele. Really nice clean and large swimming pool with poolside service. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good. The perfect base to explore gorgeous Capri.
The property is nicely quiet and beautiful. The terrace is super cute and it is located right next to Villa San Michele, so you could wake up and visit the museum before anyone else.
The location is perfect - sunset and sea views, very close to the bus stops to Capri, the port, Faro. Walking distance to Villa San Michele and the rest of Anacapri.
There is coffee, tea, snacks and fruit in the kitchen area and the breakfast is served at nearby Faro cafe, an excellent bakery where we had the best croissants ever! They were topped with pistachios
Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend Capri Melody. Clean, cosy rooms, nice terrace and very friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast was really good. Location perfect for walks to Anacapri, Villa San Michele, lift up to Monte Solero etc.

Excellent location, cozy accommodation, located right in the center of Anacapri, closer to shops, restaurants, coffeeshops. The San Michele Church is just around the corner; the cable car to Monte Solaro and Villa San Michele are just few minutes away.
Marco, the host, was amazing: has maps with all the trails and things to see, prepares breakfast according to your needs and is always available for anything. Excellent, we recommend his place for a very comfortable time in Capri.
Very decent hotel in the centre of Anacapri, close to the bus station an Villa San Michele, nice staff, clean and tidy rooms. Definitely a good option for a vacation on Capri.
Food at the Pool side restaurant was excellent, best we experienced on the island in our short stay

The daytime staff were very helpful and the hotel shuttle bus driver went out of his way to help in our transfers.
The location of the hotel is only a short walking distance to Villa San Michele and the Chair lift which were our favourite excursions.
The location was very good. You can easily reach to villa san michele, chair lift for monte solaro and bus stop. All kitchen facilities were there. Good cleanliness.
I had a spacious room with a good sized terrace. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Dining area for breakfast has a really nice view out to the sea. Location is pretty good for access to Anacapri town centre and also for Monte Solaro and Villa San Michele. Overall the hotel has a nice chilled out atmosphere.
