Excellent location few steps from via Toledo i Galeria Umberto. Very small but comfortable and clean flat on ground flor in neapolitan style. Supersmart arrangement of such a small space, you have everything you need for short stay, inclusive coffee, shower, iron and airconditioning. Very nice host, no problem with comunication in any language 😉
Accommodation is perfectly located on a side street from Via Toledo, close to the famous Galleria Umberto, as well as many cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The owners were very nice and welcoming.

Huge apartment with 2 bedrooms (with AC). Big living room with dining table, sofa bed and kitchen. Modern bathroom. Spacious kitchen. Nicely decorated and maintained. Well lit. Right above via Toledo (shopping street). Easy access by Metro and Taxi. Definitely again.

Such good value for money, the property is located on Via Toledo which is a great place to stay in Naples. The windows were brilliant at blocking out the noise from the street. The bed was very comfy, the host was very helpful via WhatsApp and allowed us to leave bags before room was ready
Very comfortable, well equiped apartment with perfect view! Location is really great, only 2 min to metro station and 5 min to via Toledo, 10 mins to Spanish quarters and around 25 to centro storico.
Location perfect. Hotel overlooks the Via Toledo with lots of shops and eating places literally up every side street. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room cleaned to high standard and fresh towels every day, which was great.
The host, Andrea, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, always available to assist with any questions or needs we had. The location of Tredici Boutique Room is fantastic, with many key attractions within walking distance. We were able to easily explore the port, the San Carlo Theatre, and Via Toledo, among other popular sites. The central positioning made it incredibly convenient to experience the best of Naples.
I loved the location, it is perfect, in the center of Naples near Via Toledo and close to the metro station. It has an elevator, the room is new, it is super clean, also the bathroom. The sheets are of good quality and very clean, it even includes breakfast in a nice cafeteria. Silvio is exceptional, excellent host, very friendly and excellent guide. I traveled alone from Mexico and he made me feel at home and super safe. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience, I hope to return soon.
